Company Overview

Tau Capital plc is an investment company incorporated in, and controlled from the Isle of Man. It was established in 2007 to give investors the opportunity to participate in the wealth of investment opportunities in Kazakhstan and its neighbouring countries through a mix of public and private equity, and special situations.

The public and private equity portfolio has now been sold and the Company is now a cash shell. It is seeking now to complete a reverse take-over or acquisition.

On 4 March 2020 ordinary shares in the Company were admitted to the JP Jenkins Trading Platform.
